However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be committed to your service. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To qualify for a full refund, Please read the policy below in detail and follow the steps to apply for a refund. After receiving your application, we will process your refund and refund will be made according to the original payment method you used.

Order Cancellation and Modification policy

Return or Exchange: Your product and packaging must meet the following conditions for a return or exchange to be valid:

1. Order Cancellation:

   - Modifications may include changing the shipping address, updating quantities, or altering product selections.

3. Exceptions:

   - Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation or modification once the order is placed.

   - Orders placed during promotional periods or sales events may have specific terms that override general cancellation and modification policies.

Return&Refund policy

Return or Exchange: Your product and packaging must meet the following conditions for a return or exchange to be valid:

Example: You cannot return or exchange an item due to a change of mind. If the product packaging is damaged or the package is opened.

NOTE: The original packaging for returns and exchanges must not contain any adhesive strips, stickers, or anything else that would damage the original packaging. Otherwise, the package is considered incomplete. Non-refundable.

Voided (package removed, package damaged).

The product you purchased can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product. Reasons for return or exchange will be considered accordingly. You can contact customer service within the specified timeframe. We will contact you shortly. If you receive the product and have not notified us within 14 days, we reserve the right to return or exchange the item.

Note: For returns and exchanges not caused by our company, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for the replacement or return.

Once the item status changes to Shipped, you can exchange or return the item online. The status will change within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Returns and Refunds Section

If the product does not work/is not as advertised/has expired, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. Don't forget to take a photo of the returned item as proof of return. Photos are important when replacing worn or damaged items. Please retain the evidence in case anything goes wrong during the redemption process.
